Introduction

🛒 Ingredients
Small potatoes (baby or new potatoes)
Bacon strips
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Optional: garlic powder, paprika, herbs
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Wash and dry the potatoes. If they’re larger, cut them in half.
Lightly toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
Wrap each potato with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, turning halfway, until the bacon is crispy and the potatoes are tender.
