🛒 Ingredients
2–3 pounds (900 g–1.4 kg) country-style pork ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite variety)
1 packet (about 1 oz / 28 g) dry onion soup mix
👩🍳 Slow Cooker Method
Place the country-style ribs in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the ribs.
Pour the barbecue sauce on top and coat the ribs well.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
The ribs are ready when they're fork-tender and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). For the most tender texture, many cooks prefer to continue cooking until they are easily shredded.
