🥗 4-Ingredient Thousand Island Macaroni Salad

 



This quick and creamy macaroni salad uses just four main ingredients, making it a great choice for picnics, barbecues, or an easy side dish.

🛒 Ingredients

2 cups (about 8 oz / 225 g) elbow macaroni, uncooked

1 cup Thousand Island dressing

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced dill pickles

Cook the macaroni

Boil according to the package directions until al dente.

Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Combine the ingredients

In a large bowl, mix the cooled macaroni, Thousand Island dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced pickles.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.

Serve

Stir before serving. If the salad seems a little dry after chilling, add a splash more dressing.
