🐟 Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties

 


These simple salmon patties come together with just three main ingredients and make a quick, protein-rich meal.

🛒 Ingredients

1 (14–15 oz / 400–425 g) can salmon, drained and flaked

1 large egg

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Mix the ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the salmon, egg, and Parmesan until evenly mixed.

Form patties.

Shape the mixture into 4–6 patties.

Cook. 

Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.

Cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.

Serve.

Enjoy with a green salad, steamed vegetables, or a squeeze of fresh lemon.
