🍍 Tropical Pineapple, Papaya, Mandarin & Ginger Wellness Drink

 



A bright tropical drink like this is mainly a hydrating, vitamin-rich juice blend. It won’t “detox” your body or burn fat on its own, but it can be a refreshing way to enjoy fruit and stay hydrated.

🥤 Ingredients

1 cup pineapple chunks 🍍

1 cup papaya chunks 🧡

2 mandarins (peeled) 🍊

1–2 teaspoons fresh grated Ginger

1–2 cups cold water or coconut water

Ice (optional)

Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)

🍹 Instructions

Add pineapple, papaya, and mandarins to a blender.

Add ginger and liquid (water or coconut water).

Blend until smooth.

Strain if you prefer a lighter juice texture (optional).

Serve chilled over ice.
