🛒 What You’ll Need
🌭 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
🟤 ½ cup packed brown sugar
🧈 3 tablespoons butter, melted
🍯 2 tablespoons honey
🥄 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
🧄 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
🌶️ A pinch of black pepper
🌶️ Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat
👩🍳 How to Make Them
1️⃣ Slice the Kielbasa
Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds.
Try to keep the pieces relatively similar in size so they cook evenly.
2️⃣ Make the Sweet Glaze
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Give it a good stir until everything is well combined. 🧈🍯
3️⃣ Coat Everything
Place the kielbasa pieces in a baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Pour the brown sugar mixture over them and toss until every piece is coated.
And yes… that sticky coating is exactly what you want! 😍
4️⃣ Bake Until Caramelized
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 25–30 minutes, stirring once or twice as they cook.
The kielbasa should be hot, browned around the edges, and coated in a glossy caramelized glaze.
Keep a close eye on them toward the end because that brown sugar can go from beautifully caramelized to too dark quickly.
5️⃣ Serve Warm
Transfer them to a serving platter and spoon any extra glaze from the pan over the top.
Add toothpicks and watch them disappear! 🥰
✨ Want to Change Them Up?
Try one of these easy twists:
🌶️ Spicy: Add red pepper flakes or a little hot sauce.
🍍 Sweet & Tangy: Add a few small pieces of pineapple.
🥓 Bacon-Wrapped: Wrap each kielbasa piece with a small strip of bacon before baking.
🍁 Maple: Replace the honey with maple syrup for a deeper sweetness.
🧄 Garlic Butter: Add a little extra garlic and butter for a richer savory flavor.
💡 One Little Tip
For the best caramelized edges, don't overcrowd the pan.
Give the kielbasa room so the glaze can bubble and cling to the sausage instead of everything steaming together.
And if you're taking these to a party, bring extra toothpicks…
Because somebody is going to stand beside the platter eating them one after another. 😂🌭
