✨ Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites ✨

→ LET'S MAKE IT! ♥

1. Prepare your oven.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9 × 13-inch baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut the biscuit dough.

Open the biscuit can and separate the dough into individual biscuits.

Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.

Place the pieces in a large mixing bowl.

3. Make the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Stir until evenly mixed and fragrant.

4. Coat the biscuit pieces.

Drizzle the melted butter over the biscuit pieces and toss gently to coat.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over them, tossing again until each piece is covered.

5. Arrange for baking.

Arrange the coated biscuit pieces in a single layer in your prepared baking dish or on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Leave a little space between them so they can puff up as they bake.

6. Bake until golden.

Bake for approximately 12–16 minutes, or according to the biscuit package directions, until the centers are fully baked and the outside is lightly golden.

If the pieces are touching in a baking dish, they may need a few extra minutes.

7. Prepare the optional glaze.

While the bites cool slightly, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.

Add the milk gradually until you reach a smooth, drizzle-friendly consistency.

8. Finish and serve.

Let the biscuit bites rest for a few minutes.

Drizzle with the optional vanilla glaze, or simply serve them as they are.

Enjoy them warm while the centers are soft and the cinnamon-sugar coating is still deliciously fragrant! ♥

✧ LITTLE SECRETS FOR THE BEST CINNAMON SUGAR BISCUIT BITES

✓ Cut evenly sized pieces. This helps all the bites bake at approximately the same rate.

✓ Coat every piece well. Toss gently so the melted butter and cinnamon sugar reach all sides.

✓ Don't overcrowd the baking dish. Giving the pieces room helps them bake more evenly.

✓ Watch the baking time. Small biscuit pieces cook quickly, so check them near the end.

✓ Add extra cinnamon if you love a stronger flavor. A little more can make these bites wonderfully fragrant.

✓ Glaze while slightly warm. Let the bites cool briefly so the glaze doesn't melt completely away.

✓ Serve fresh. They're at their softest and most delicious shortly after baking.

❀ DELICIOUS WAYS TO SERVE THEM

These sweet little bites pair beautifully with:

✓ Vanilla icing for dipping

✓ Cream cheese glaze

✓ Fresh strawberries or blueberries

✓ A scoop of vanilla ice cream

✓ Warm caramel sauce

✓ A cup of hot coffee or tea

♥ MAKE-AHEAD & STORAGE TIPS

Make ahead: Mix the cinnamon and sugar in advance. For the freshest texture, cut and coat the biscuit dough just before baking.

Room temperature: Store cooled, unglazed bites in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Refrigerate: If glazed with a milk-based icing, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy within 3–4 days.

Reheat: Warm briefly in the microwave for about 10–15 seconds, or in a 300°F (150°C) oven for a few minutes.

Freeze: Freeze fully baked and cooled, unglazed bites in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw and warm before serving. Add the glaze after reheating.
