✨ CROCKPOT ANGEL CHICKEN ✨

→ LET’S MAKE THIS CREAMY DELIGHT! ♥

STEP 1 — PREPARE THE CHICKEN

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer. If the pieces are very thick, you can cut them in half horizontally so they cook more evenly.

STEP 2 — MAKE THE CREAMY SAUCE

In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, melted butter, Italian seasoning mix, minced garlic, and black pepper.

The mixture may look a little thick at first—that's perfectly fine! It will loosen as it warms.

STEP 3 — POUR AND COVER

Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, making sure the pieces are well coated.

Cover the slow cooker with its lid.

STEP 4 — LET THE SLOW COOKER WORK ITS MAGIC

Cook on LOW for approximately 4–6 hours or on HIGH for about 2½–3½ hours, depending on your slow cooker and the thickness of the chicken.

Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) at its thickest point. Avoid cooking longer than necessary, as chicken breasts can become dry.

STEP 5 — PREPARE THE ANGEL HAIR PASTA

Near the end of the cooking time, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions until just tender.

Drain the pasta and reserve a little pasta water in case you want to thin the sauce.

STEP 6 — MAKE THE SAUCE EXTRA CREAMY

Stir the sauce in the slow cooker until smooth. If the cream cheese needs a little help blending, whisk gently.

If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of warm chicken broth or reserved pasta water. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

STEP 7 — SERVE AND ENJOY!

Serve the creamy chicken and sauce over the angel hair pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for a beautiful finishing touch.

Bring it to the table while everything is warm, creamy, and delicious! ♥

✧ LITTLE SECRETS FOR PERFECT ANGEL CHICKEN ✧

★ Use softened cream cheese. It blends into the sauce more easily and helps create a smoother texture.

★ Don't overcook the chicken. Check the temperature early, especially if your slow cooker runs hot.

★ Keep the pasta separate until serving. Angel hair pasta cooks quickly and can become mushy if left in the slow cooker for hours.

★ Want a little extra flavor? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a sprinkle of Italian herbs.

★ Love Parmesan? Stir a little into the finished sauce or sprinkle plenty over each serving.

♥ WHAT TO SERVE WITH CROCKPOT ANGEL CHICKEN

This creamy dish pairs beautifully with:

  • Garlic bread for soaking up every drop of sauce
  • Steamed broccoli or green beans
  • A crisp garden salad
  • Roasted asparagus
  • Warm dinner rolls

A simple vegetable side adds freshness and balances the rich, creamy sauce.
