Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. Cut the potatoes into thin, fry-shaped strips.

  3. Arrange the potato strips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil, add the minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  5. Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy immediately!

Tips for Perfect Fries:

  • Toss the potatoes in oil immediately after cutting to prevent browning.

  • Use coarsely grated Parmesan rather than powdered for a deliciously crunchy coating.

  • Finely chop parsley so it sticks well to the fries and adds a fresh, vibrant touch.
