2. Assemble the Apple Slices

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch jelly roll pan.

Roll out one dough rectangle to roughly the size of the pan. Press it into the bottom.

Spread the apple filling evenly over the dough.

Roll out the second rectangle of dough to the same size and carefully place it over the apples. Pinch edges lightly—don’t stress about sealing perfectly.

Cut a few vents in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown, rotating halfway through. Let cool on a wire rack.
3. Add the Glaze

Whisk together powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk until smooth.

Spread glaze evenly over the cooled crust. Allow it to set and harden.

Slice into squares and serve.
