Monterey Sausage Pie

 


A savory, cheesy pie packed with sausage, eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a comforting dinner.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) bulk pork sausage

  • 3 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

  • 1 ⅓ cup milk

  • 3 large eggs

  • ¾ cup biscuit or baking mix

  • ¾ tsp rubbed sage

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

1. Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the

 sausage until no longer pink. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Drain excess fat.
