 This Crinkle Cake has become my go-to when I want a treat that looks impressive but is effortless to make. Ideal for brunches, holidays, potlucks, or any evening you feel like indulging, it’s flaky, buttery, and delightfully sweet with a hint of savory.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen phyllo dough, thawed

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup whole milk

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 medium pear, thinly sliced
