Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a 6-quart slow cooker.
2. Add Bacon
Sprinkle chopped or crumbled bacon over the chicken.

-

5. Shred Chicken
About 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken to a board and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker, stirring until sauce is smooth and creamy.

7. Serve
Spoon creamy bacon chicken over pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Pro Tips
-
Soften cream cheese – Cut into small cubes or let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
-
Bacon choice – Raw bacon adds more flavor; pre-cooked is easier.
-
Keep the lid closed – Avoid peeking; every lift adds 20–30 minutes.
-
Shred, don’t slice – Shredding lets the sauce cling to every strand.
-
Thicken sauce if needed – Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water, stir in, cook on HIGH 15–20 min.
-
Cook pasta separately – Prevents mushy noodles; toss with a little butter to keep from sticking.
