🥪🧀 4-Ingredient Baked Corned Beef Sliders — Easy, Cheesy, and Impossible to Eat Just One!

👩‍🍳 How to Make It

1️⃣ Prep the rolls.

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Without separating the individual rolls, carefully slice the entire package of rolls horizontally so you have one top and one bottom.

2️⃣ Layer everything.

Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish. Layer on the corned beef, followed by the Swiss cheese. Place the tops of the rolls back on.

3️⃣ Butter the tops.

Brush the melted butter generously over the tops of the rolls, letting a little soak down around the edges. 😋

4️⃣ Bake until golden.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5–8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.

Slice into individual sliders and serve warm!

✨ Want to Make Them Your Own?

🥒 Add sliced pickles for a classic deli-style bite.

🌶️ Add a little spicy mustard before baking.

🧅 Sprinkle sautéed onions between the layers.

🧀 Try provolone or cheddar if Swiss isn't your favorite.

💡 A Little Tip

For extra flavor, mix a pinch of garlic powder into the melted butter before brushing it over the rolls.

And don't skip the uncovered baking time—it gives those tops that golden, slightly crisp finish while keeping the centers soft and cheesy. ❤️

❤️ Small Sandwiches, Big Comfort

There's something about a tray of hot sliders coming out of the oven that makes everyone wander into the kitchen.

They're simple enough for a weeknight, but fun enough for a party—and when that buttery bread, salty corned beef, and melted cheese come together, four ingredients suddenly taste like a whole lot more. 🥰
