🥓🥔 Bacon-Wrapped Potato Wedges — Crispy, Cheesy, and Impossible to Resist!

🛒 What You’ll Need

🥔 4–5 medium potatoes

🥓 About 12 slices of bacon

🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder

🌿 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herbs

🧂 Salt and black pepper, to taste

🫒 A little olive oil

🧀 Optional: grated Parmesan

🌶️ Optional: paprika or a pinch of chili powder

👩‍🍳 How to Make Them

1️⃣ Cut the Potatoes

Wash the potatoes well and cut each one into thick wedges. There’s no need to peel them—the skins help give them that rustic, crispy texture. 🥔

2️⃣ Season Them

Toss the wedges with a small amount of olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, pepper, and a little salt. Go easy on the salt because bacon already brings plenty of it.

3️⃣ Wrap Them in Bacon

Cut the bacon slices in half if needed, then wrap each potato wedge snugly with a piece of bacon.

Place the wedges seam-side down on a lined baking sheet so the bacon stays in place while cooking.

4️⃣ Bake Until Golden

Bake in a hot oven until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is browned and crisp.

For extra browning, give them a few minutes under the broiler at the end—but keep a close eye on them! 🔥

5️⃣ Add the Finishing Touch

Sprinkle with a little Parmesan, fresh parsley, or chopped green onion if you like.

Then serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce. 🤤

🥣 The Dipping Sauce Is Half the Fun!

Try them with:

🧄 Garlic aioli

🧀 Cheesy dip

🥛 Ranch dressing

🌶️ Spicy mayo

🍅 Barbecue sauce

🧅 Sour cream and chives
