🧀🥓 Cheesy Ham Tortilla Squares — Crispy, Melty & So Easy!

🛒 What You’ll Need

🌯 4 large flour tortillas

🥓 8 oz sliced deli ham, chopped

🧀 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

🧀 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

🧈 2 tbsp melted butter

🧄 1/2 tsp garlic powder

🌿 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

👩‍🍳 How to Make Them

1️⃣ Prep the oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Build the layers

Place two tortillas on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle each with half of the ham, cheddar, and mozzarella.

Top with the remaining tortillas and gently press down.

3️⃣ Add the buttery topping

Brush the tops with melted butter.

Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

4️⃣ Bake until golden

Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the tortillas are crisp and golden and the cheese is completely melted.

5️⃣ Cut into squares

Let them rest for a couple of minutes.

Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut into small squares.

Serve warm while that cheese is still perfectly melty! 😋

✨ Make Them Your Own

🌶️ Add sliced jalapeños

🥓 Swap ham for cooked bacon

🍗 Use leftover shredded chicken

🧅 Add thinly sliced green onions

🍅 Serve with salsa or marinara for dipping

💡 A Little Tip

For extra-crispy tortilla squares, don't pile on too much filling.

A nice, even layer of ham and cheese helps everything melt together while keeping the tortillas wonderfully crisp.

❤️ A Little Bite of Comfort

Sometimes the simplest snacks are the ones everyone reaches for first.

Warm tortillas, salty ham, and gooey melted cheese make a combination that's hard to beat—and you don't need a complicated recipe to make it happen.

Cut them into little squares, put out a dipping sauce, and watch them disappear. 🧀🥓❤️
