🥐🥩 4-Ingredient Beef Crescent Puffs — The Easy Little Bites That Disappear FAST!

👩‍🍳 How to Make Them

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

Drain off any excess grease.

2️⃣ Make the Filling

Reduce the heat to low.

Add the softened cream cheese and onion soup mix to the cooked beef.

Stir until everything is melted together and creamy.

Try not to eat the filling straight from the skillet. 😋

3️⃣ Prepare the Crescent Dough

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.

If the triangles are large, you can cut each one in half to make smaller appetizer-sized puffs.

4️⃣ Fill & Roll

Place a small spoonful of the beef mixture near the wide end of each piece of dough.

Roll it up, tucking the filling inside as much as possible.

Place each puff seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5️⃣ Bake Until Golden

Bake for approximately 12–15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and beautifully golden brown.

Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Then watch them disappear! 🥐❤️

✨ Want to Change Them Up?

🧀 Add shredded cheddar for extra cheesiness.

🌶️ Mix in a little diced jalapeño for some heat.

🧅 Add sautéed onions or peppers for extra flavor.

🥓 Toss in some cooked bacon for a seriously indulgent version.

🥫 Serve with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

💡 A Little Tip

Don't overfill the crescent dough.

It can be tempting to add a giant scoop of filling, but a small amount rolled tightly inside gives you a better seal and helps prevent the filling from spilling out during baking.

And make sure your cream cheese is softened—it will blend into the beef much more easily.
