🛒 What You’ll Need
🍗 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
🥕 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
🧅 1 small onion, diced
🥣 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
🍗 1½ cups chicken broth
🥛 ½ cup milk
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌶️ ½ teaspoon black pepper
🌿 1 teaspoon dried thyme
🧄 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
🥐 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
👩🍳 How to Make It
1️⃣ Start the chicken.
Place the chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2️⃣ Add the vegetables.
Scatter the frozen mixed vegetables and diced onion over the chicken.
3️⃣ Make it creamy.
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
Pour the mixture over everything in the slow cooker. 🥣
4️⃣ Let it cook.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
5️⃣ Shred the chicken.
Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Return it to the slow cooker and stir everything together.
6️⃣ Add the biscuits.
Prepare the refrigerated biscuits according to the package directions. For the easiest and most reliable result, bake them separately until golden and fluffy.
7️⃣ Serve it up!
Spoon the creamy chicken-and-vegetable filling into bowls and top each serving with a warm, golden biscuit. 🥧❤️

🥔 Add diced potatoes for an extra-hearty filling.
🌽 Use your favorite combination of frozen vegetables.
🌿 Add fresh parsley before serving.
🥐 Serve with puff pastry or pie crust baked separately.
🧀 Sprinkle a little cheddar over the biscuits for a cheesy twist.
💡 A Little Tip
Don't put refrigerated biscuits directly into the slow cooker unless your specific recipe is designed for that method. They can become soft and doughy.
Baking the biscuits separately gives you that wonderful golden, flaky topping while keeping the creamy filling exactly where it belongs. 😋
And always check that the chicken reaches 165°F before serving.
